What is ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaching is a process driven approach that helps the individual with ADHD develop new methods for working out the issues that they face on a daily basis. For many people with ADHD life is a series of painful events strung together that increases anxiety, lowers self-esteem, or impacts how they interact with other people.

Coaching can be used to help those with ADHD better manage the ADHD symptoms and develop new habits for task management and more.

Symptoms of ADHD include:
1. Low executive memory function (slow memory processing, lack of attention, listening challenges, and poor planning)
